Bush Hill Heritage Festival 2012
Archdale, NC

Bank of North Carolina joined 25,000 visitors as they enjoyed all types of food, entertainment, homemade crafts, artwork, raffle tickets, pottery, baskets and more at this 26th annual event.

The fun-filled and free family fair festival is hosted and organized by the Archdale Chamber of Commerce. It's obvious how they work passionately to ensure its viability to children laughing and adults devouring homemade ice cream and barbecue. It's wonderful!

Everybody's Day 2012
Thomasville, NC

Bank of North Carolina has roots in Thomasville as the first office opened there in 1991. The first Everybody's Day Festival was held in 1908, making it, North Carolina's Oldest Festival. Everybody's Day hosts over 200 arts & craft vendors once a year in September.

The children's area includes games, rides and special appearances. Three stages of entertainment offer music. Blues, country, rock 'n' roll, and gospel are featured. One stage of entertainment offers dance demonstrations by performers of all ages.

Twenty-five food vendors offer a huge assortment of delectable delights to meet everybody's culinary desires.

Easter Egg Festival 2012
Greensboro, NC

In celebration of Bank of North Carolina's 20th anniversary, they started a Food Vault program to feed those in need, in our communities.They brought their people and tents for this 17th annual event and offered prizes for folks to bring donations of food to help the cause.

This is the Triad's largest Easter Egg Hunt, held at Triad Farmer's Market every April. There's activities for all ages, food and lots of fun.

Habitat for Humanity 2011-2012
Thomasville, NC

The employees at Bank of North Carolina helped a local family build a better life by partnering with Thomasville Habitat for Humanity. "This partnership allows our affiliate to uphold the mission of bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope," said Greg Rice, Habitat's Executive Director. "We are pleased to work with Thomasville Habitat for Humanity to benefit those who are struggling to provide a safe, decent, affordable home for their family," said Swope Montgomery, Bank of North Carolina CEO.

Party on the Plank 2012
High Point, NC

Bank of North Carolina joined the community as a sponsor for High Point's third annual Party on the Plank. It's a street rock concert series in the Shops at Emerywood in Uptowne High Point. Each Friday night in April the event consisted of food, live music and dancing. The event is named after the Plank Road that ran through the city along what is now Main Street. Although each Friday band was great, the final night drew the largest crowd as Part Time Party Time Band delivered their famous beach music to an enthusiastic crowd.
